Consideration and explained that the applicant, Harold of Resolution Ihnot, was requesting a variance to No. 391-94 allow for a second driveway for health Regarding reasons. Variance Request of The Planning Commission discussed the Harold Ihnot, contingencies that would be included in 7900 Greenfield the resolution. It was the consensus of Avenue, the Planning Commission that the Planning Case variance shall become null and void 10 No. 384-84 years after its adoption, a copy shall be recorded with Ramsey County, and the width of the driveway shall not exceed 12 feet. It was also noted that the property owner would be responsible for the removal of the driveway upon expiration of the Sunset clause. Planner Harrington distributed the proposed resolution to the Planning Commission. Motion/Second: Stevenson/Colleen to 411 approve Resolution No. 391-94 , recommending approval of the variance
