Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Peterson at <br /> 7 : 35 p.m. on August 3 , 1994 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Nelson, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Johnston, Miller, and Chair Peterson. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington and <br /> Recording Secretary Benesch were also <br /> present. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Johnston to <br /> approve the minutes of July 6, 1994 . 3 . Approval of <br /> Minutes: July <br /> 6, 1994 <br /> 4111 4 ayes 0 nays <br /> Motion Carried <br /> There were no resident requests or <br /> comments from the floor. 4 . Resident <br /> Requests and <br /> Comments <br /> (Commissioner Ruggles arrived at 7:38 <br /> p.m.) <br /> Planner Harrington reviewed the variance <br /> request by Townsedqe Terrace Mobile Home 5. Consideration <br /> Park. The applicant is requesting an of Resolution <br /> 11' foot setback for the construction of No. 395-94 <br /> a storm shelter building when 30' is Regarding the <br /> required by Code. Planner Harrington Variance <br /> explained that alternative sites were Request of <br /> discussed.
