MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 410 RESOLUTION NO. 396-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR DAVID TANNER <br /> 7935 SUNNYSIDE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 388-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of David Tanner for an oversized garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br /> conditional use permit, up to 1,264 square feet of garage square <br /> footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a garage not to <br /> exceed 1, 000 square feet, which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> • the requested conditional use permit for an oversized garage, not <br /> to exceed 1, 000 square feet, by David Tanner, 7935 Sunnyside <br /> Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey Co. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> c) Should the use change for what the permit was granted <br /> for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> d) That the total square footage of all accessory <br /> buildings on the property shall not exceed 1,264 sq.ft. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 3rd day of August, 1994 <br /> ATTEST: Pettc-- <br /> Chairma <br /> (SEAL) <br /> ommunity Developmen Coordinator <br />
