Consideration <br /> were present. of Resolution <br /> No. 399-94 <br /> Chair Peterson reminded the Commission Regarding the <br /> that this item was discussed extensively Variance <br /> at the August 17th agenda session. The Request of <br /> Planning Commission briefly reviewed the Larry and Susan <br /> variance request of Larry and Susan Potts, 5299 <br /> Potts noting that the applicant desired Clifton Drive, <br /> to construct an addition four feet from Planning Case <br /> an existing detached garage. It was No. 394-94 <br /> discussed that although the Mounds View <br /> Code requires a 6' setback between <br /> structures, the Uniform Building Code <br /> allows structures to be closer than 6' <br /> with the proper installation of fire <br /> walls. <br /> • Motion/Second: Nelson/Stevenson to <br /> approve Resolution No. 399-94 regarding <br />
