MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 400-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR BRADY NEUMANN, <br /> 8425 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 395-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Brady Neumann for an oversized garage; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br /> conditional use permit, up to 1,264 square feet of garage square <br /> footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a garage not to <br /> exceed 1,264 square feet, which is the maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> the requested conditional use permit for an oversized garage, not <br /> to exceed 1,264 square feet, by Brady Neumann, 8425 Spring Lake <br /> Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey Co. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained -to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> c) That an 8'x 8' accessory building currently located on <br /> the property be removed prior to construction of the <br /> garage addition. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of September, 1994 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> iCommty Development oordinator <br />
