Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Peterson at <br /> 7:04 p.m. on April 5, 1995. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Ruggles, 2. Roll Call <br /> Johnston, Stevenson, Miller, Nelson and <br /> Chair Peterson. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Community Development <br /> Coordinator Harrington and Recording <br /> Secretary Benesch. <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Stevenson to 3 . Consideration <br /> request by Dynex Industries for a of Resolution <br /> Planned Unit Development Amendment/ No. 411-95 <br /> Development Review. He noted that this Regarding PUD <br /> item was discussed at the March 15th Amendment/ <br /> Agenda Session. Planner Harrington Development <br /> informed the Planning Commission that Review, Dynex <br /> this request meets all the criteria of Industries, <br /> the Code. However, he noted two 4751 Mustang <br /> outstanding issues that needed to be Circle, <br /> addressed; the storm water drainage Planning Case <br /> control and the issue of fire No. 407-95 <br /> suppression devices. Planner Harrington <br /> noted that a copy of the plan had been <br /> given to the City Engineer for his <br /> review. He also reminded the Planning <br /> Commission that the applicant's property <br /> is serviced by a fire hydrant that is <br /> 410 connected to the City's water system but <br /> that a portion of the property is <br />
