The applicant replied that <br /> his customers are primarily local. <br /> Commissioner Johnston stated that he is <br /> willing to amend the conditional use <br /> permit for a trial period of six months. <br /> Chair Peterson concurred with <br /> Commissioner Johnston's suggestion. <br /> Commissioners Miller and Stevenson also <br /> agreed to the amendment. <br /> Staff was directed by the Commission to <br /> prepare a resolution amending the <br /> conditional use permit for Suds & Shine <br /> car wash, 2340 Highway 10. <br /> IIII Planner Harrington informed the 8. Staff Report <br /> Commission of a State law which took <br /> effect July 1, 1995, which requires <br /> government agencies to take action on <br /> written planning requests within sixty <br /> days of their receipt. He added that <br /> the Minnesota Chapter of the American <br /> Planning Association will be holding an <br /> informational seminar on the <br /> ramifications of this law. He stated <br /> that he will update the Commission <br /> further following the seminar. <br /> Members present at the June 21, 1995, 9 .
