Call to Order <br /> by Chair Peterson at 7:00 p.m. on August 2, 1995. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Stevenson, Miller, 2. Roll Call <br /> Colleen, Ruggles and Chair Peterson. <br /> (Commissioner Johnston had an excused absence and <br /> Commissioner Nelson is on leave of absence.) <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Coordinator <br /> Harrington and Recording Secretary Benesch. <br /> • <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Stevenson to approve the minutes of 3. Residents Requests <br /> and Comments <br /> The applicant, Larry Beach, was present. 5. Consideration of <br /> Resolution No. <br /> Planner Harrington reviewed the variance request by Mr. 423-95 Regarding <br /> Beach and reminded the Commission that this item was . Variance Request of <br /> discussed at the July 18 agenda meeting. It was noted that this Larry Beach, 7315, <br /> property was the old Tom Thumb site and was rezoned for 7325, and 7327 <br /> townhouse construction. Mr. Harrington explained that the Knollwood Drive, <br /> applicant is proposing to construct porches on three of the four <br /> townhome units, however, the porches will encroach six to <br /> • <br /> 1 <br />
