Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and necessary <br /> facilities have been provided. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Adequate facilities continue to be provided for the humane <br /> treatment of the animals. <br /> 2 . Control and restraint of the animals continue to be <br /> provided on the kennel site. <br /> 3 .
