Consideration of <br /> explaining that the applicant, Development/ Resolution No. <br /> Resource Group has made application for a 439-96 Regarding a <br /> conditional use permit to establish a sales and Conditional Use <br /> general office business at 7295 Silver Lake Permit Request, 7295 <br /> Road. She explained that the property is Silver Lake Road, <br /> currently zoned B-1, Neighborhood Business Planning Case No. <br /> District, and office sales are allowable by 439-95 <br /> conditional use permit. She added that this <br /> item was discussed at the December 20, 1995, <br /> Agenda Session and the current property <br /> owner and applicant were both present at the <br /> meeting. <br /> It was noted that the applicant previously <br /> notified Staff that they would not be present at <br /> this meeting. <br /> • <br />
