Roll Call <br /> Brooks, Obert, Brasaemle and Miller. <br /> Commissioners Stevenson, Johnston and Chair <br /> Peterson had excused absences. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Acting Community <br /> Development Director Pruitt. <br /> • <br /> Acting Director Pruitt reviewed the request 3. Discussion of <br /> noting that Ryan Construction Company of Development Review <br /> Minnesota, the Design Builder for Sysco, is Request by Ryan <br /> requesting a development review to construct a Construction, on <br /> 68'x80' (5,440 square feet) expansion to their behalf of Sysco, 2400 <br /> existing truck facility at 2400 County Road J. County Road J, <br /> Planning Case No. <br /> Acting Director Pruitt explained that since Ryan 447-96 <br /> Construction has already ordered the materials <br /> and since the 68'x80' expansion is so similar to <br /> the phased development which was approved <br /> in 1988, the applicant is requesting that the <br /> Planning Commission call to order on this item <br /> and make a formal recommendation to the City <br /> Council. <br /> Acting Community Development Director Pruitt <br /> informed the Commission that the applicant had <br /> called earlier to explain he could not attend the <br /> meeting due to prior commitments. <br />
