The applicant replied that <br /> the door was larger so a pickup topper could <br /> clear the doorway. Chair Peterson also <br /> inquired as to whether or not he had intentions <br /> to conduct a business from the garage and the <br /> applicant replied that he would not be operating <br /> a business from the proposed garage. The <br /> applicant also stated that he would remove the <br /> existing structures. <br /> Motion/Second: Johnston/Miller to approve <br /> • Resolution No. 467-96 recommending approval <br /> of a conditional use permit to allow an <br /> oversized garage at 8005 Woodlawn Drive. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> The applicant was informed at this time that this <br /> item would beforwarded to the City Council for <br /> review and a public hearing would be <br /> scheduled for July 29th. <br /> The applicants Gary Olson and Bob Gabbo 9.
