The number of lights on <br /> the property shall be limited to four,with two on the east side of the building and <br /> two on the north side. Walkway lighting using bollards,not to exceed four feet in <br /> height, may be used in the vicinity of the main entrance on the south side of the <br /> building. Site lighting shall only be turned on from an hour before evening <br /> services to an hour after evening services. Lighting for signage on the east and <br /> west side of the building shall be turned off after nine o'clock PM <br /> 8. Prior to issuance of any grading or building permit,the applicant shall obtain <br /> approval for construction drawings and shall comply with all requirements of Title <br /> 1000: Building and Development Regulations. The construction drawings shall <br /> show no more than a 115-seat capacity in the church building. <br /> 9. Approval of this site layout is dependent on sprinidering of the building, because <br /> the access drive along the north side of the building is insufficient for emergency <br /> access purposes. The applicant shall obtain approval for a plan for sprinklering <br /> from the Fire Department and the Building Official,prior to the issuance of any <br /> • grading or building permit. <br /> 10. Prior to City Council action on this item,the applicant shall revise the grading and <br /> erosion control plan to show all of the existing trees on the site. The applicant shall <br /> revise the title of the landscaping plan so instead of being labelled"grading and <br /> erosion control plan" it is labelled"landscaping plan". <br /> 11.
