The common wall dividing the two dwelling units shall conform to all required <br /> building and fire code specifications and shall be subject to an inspection by the <br /> City's building inspector prior to City Council action on this request. If said wall <br /> does not meet applicable codes, the applicant shall be responsible for making all <br /> necessary improvements before the signing and recordation of the resolution and <br /> certificate of survey takes place. <br /> 3.
