Planning Case No. 505-97 xxxx Program Avenue Applicant: Everest Group, Ltd. Consideration of Resolution No. 531-97 Regarding a Major Subdivision Combining Four Parcels into One for the Proposed Building N Development, Mounds View Business Park East Second Addition. The applicant, Everest Group, Ltd., was absent from the meeting. Associate Ericson gave the Commission a brief background report on the Planning Case as follows: He told the Commission that the original site plan was approved by the City • on October 24, 1994. At that time the plat was not filed with Ramsey County within the time frame allowed. Because of this fact the site plan needs to be reviewed again by the Planning Commission and reapproved by the City Council. Associate Ericson referred to an October 1, 1997 Planning Commission meeting where easement vacation, easement dedication, the possibility of additional right of way would be needed, the park dedication fee and the reapproval of the Development review were discussed. Associate Ericson told the Commission that these items have been addressed and the that the Planning Commission approve Planning Commission Resolution No. 531-97, recommending approval of the major subdivision request of Everest Group, Ltd., for the Mounds View Business Park East 2nd Addition plan, with stipulations. Commissioner Miller asked if the building footprint is the same square footage as was on the original plan. Associate Ericson confirmed that it was, adding that the new development shows six fewer parking spaces. He continued stating the decrease in parking spaces may be due to increased drainage or runoff necessities. •
