• Mounds View Planning Commission April 15, 1998 <br /> Special Meeting Page 8 <br /> Ayes - 7 Nays - 0 <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Chairperson Peterson told the applicant the case would be passed on to the City Council <br /> for their review on April 27, 1998. <br /> 9. <br /> Planning Case No 507-97 <br /> 2625 Highway 10, 7715 - 7761 Eastwood Road <br /> Applicant: TOLD Development Company <br /> Consideration of Resolution Nos. 536-98 and 538-98 Denying the Walgreen's Development <br /> Request, Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning Requests <br /> The applicant, TOLD Development Company, was present. <br /> • Associate Ericson stated that Planning Case No. 507-97 was back before the Planning <br /> Commission for reconsideration of a motion that had been made at the April 1, 1998 <br /> Planning Commission regular meeting. The motion to deny recommending approval by <br /> the City Council of Resolution Nos. 536-98 and 538-98 had not been voted on because the <br /> wording of the resolutions did not meet with the Planning Commission's approval. <br /> Updated versions of each resolution were submitted for the Planning Commission's <br /> consideration. Final action on the proposal would need to be taken by May 29, 1998. <br /> Letters of support from three of the neighboring property owners were presented to the <br /> Planning Commission as new information in the case. <br /> Chairperson Peterson clarified the fact that at the last meeting Commissioner Brasaemle <br /> had withdrawn his motion and no action was taken. He asked the applicant if he(TOLD) <br /> had any new information to present in the case. <br /> Bob Cunningham, TOLD Development Company, asked the Planning Commission to <br /> pass the case on to the City Council so that he might have an opportunity to address them <br /> on the case. He also asked, as a stipulation of approving the Development Plan,that the <br /> developer be required to get MnDOT approval for the Highway 10 access into the site. <br /> This would lift the burden of overriding a MnDOT decision off of the City's shoulders. <br /> • <br /> Commissioner Obert asked the applicant if this action meant that the development would <br />
