The distance between the existing garage on to-be-created-Parcel B from <br /> the proposed side and existing rear property line and the distance of the <br /> existing home to the proposed lot line. <br /> b. Text shall be added to the certificate which states; "A separate drainage <br /> and utility easement document has been recorded with Ramsey County. <br /> 2. The applicant shall make payment of a park dedication fee in an amount specified <br /> by the City Code according to the requirements in Section 1204.02. <br /> 3. The applicant shall arrange to pay the outstanding utility bill for the property at <br /> 3025 County Road H prior to City Council approval of this minor subdivision. <br /> 4. The applicant shall provide proof of ownership interest in described Parcel C prior <br /> to City Council approval of this minor subdivision. <br /> 5.
