Ericson stated the resolution is drafted to indicate"living space" <br /> since the Code provisions consider the porch to be a living space expansion. <br /> Chair Peterson noted that the case number on Page 5 of the Resolution was incorrect, and stated that <br /> it should be changed to 553-99. <br /> Commissioner Miller stated that Item 7 of the Resolution should identify the neighbor who supported <br /> the project as"the neighbor to the north." <br /> Commissioner Kaden asked if the neighbors to the north were aware that the applicants planned on <br /> using the three-season porch as additional living space. <br /> Mike Leon, the applicant, stated they were aware and had seen the construction plans. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Johnson/Berke, to adopt Resolution 579-99, Resolution Approving a Variance <br /> from Section 1104.01, Subd. 3, of the Mounds View Zoning Code Pertaining to Setbacks, to Allow <br /> for a Reduced Side-Yard Setback for a Living Space Expansion at 7386 Parkview Terrace;Mounds <br /> View Planning Case No. 553-99, as amended to change the date of adoption stated on Page 3 to June <br /> 2, 1999, to correct the case number on Page 5 to Case No. 553-99, and to identify the adjacent <br /> neighbor referred to in Item 7 as"the neighbor to the north." <br /> Ayes—9 Nays—0 The motion carried. <br /> 6. Planning Case No. 555-99 <br /> Property Involved: 7623-7629 Woodlawn Drive <br /> Consideration of a development review request for a four-unit residential rental dwelling <br /> Applicant: PMJ Group (Mike Juaire) <br /> The applicant was present. <br /> Planning Associate Ericson gave the staff report as follows: <br /> The applicant, Mike Juaire, representing PMJ Group, had requested approval of a development <br /> review for the four-plex to be located at 7623 —7629 Woodlawn Drive, currently vacant property. <br /> The applicant had purchased this lot and the adjoining formerly tax-forfeited property to the east, and <br /> 4110 <br /> plans on developing both with four-unit dwellings. The elevations provided for the four-plex show <br /> a simple, four-unit back-to-back building with no architectural features to break the building's <br />
