Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City prior to building permits <br /> being issued for those areas to be utilized for drainage purposes where none have been <br /> previously dedicated. A signed and notarized"Intent to Dedicate" agreement document <br /> will be acceptable in the event easement document preparation is not completed prior to <br /> building permits being issued. <br /> 3.
