The home directly across Sherwood Road from lot 16, located <br /> on the southwest corner of Sherwood Road and Sunnyside Road, <br /> is built approximately 16 feet from its front property line. <br /> The house on the southeast corner of this intersection is <br /> built with a 29 foot front set back. As you can see, there <br /> is much inconsistency in these set backs. <br /> I now have an opportunity to build a very nice home on lot <br /> 16, but this requires a variance from the 58 foot set back <br /> imposed at plat approval. <br /> I do not feel that reducing this set back to 30 feet will <br /> have a detrimental effect on any adjoining property owners. <br /> The new home buyers are Steve and Linda Peterson, who are <br /> presently residents of Mounds View.
