. T 11/4/ <br /> Mounds View Planning Commission my 2, 1991 <br /> Regular Meeting .e Three <br /> plan be approved by the City Forester. The drainage <br /> 407/ <br /> easement existing on the property was also addressed, <br /> and Chair Mountin requested that this item also be <br /> added to proposed Resolution No. 315-91. <br /> Mr. Jordan presented a site plan to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Grading on the site was addressed, and it was noted <br /> that this property is not located in a wetland and <br /> that the existing drainage easement is the buffer. <br /> Motion/Second: Peterson/Burgers to approve <br /> Resolution No. 315-91 with the following additions : <br /> a drainage easement be provided on site, a landscape <br /> plan be approved by the City Forester, and a final <br /> grading plan be approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays <br /> Planner Harrington distributed "rough-draft" copies Motion Carried <br /> of the Comprehensive Plan update to the Planning <br /> Commission for their review. <br /> •mmjssioner Miller noted that she would be absent <br /> om the August 1, 1991, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> Chair Mountin questioned why the composte site <br /> located in the City was locked today. Planner <br /> Harrington indicated that he had heard that night <br /> dumping of non-compost items was taking place and 7 . Report of Chair <br /> that the compost site was probably locked to help <br /> prevent further dumping. <br /> It was noted that Commissioners Burgers, Colleen, <br /> Jones, Miller, Peterson and Chair Mountin were <br /> present at the June 19th Agenda Session. <br /> There being no further business before the Planning <br /> Commission, the meeting was adjourned at 7 :58 p.m. <br /> 8 .
