The applicant has indicated to staff that the structure will <br /> be temporary and, will be removed from the site upon completion <br /> of cleanup activities . <br /> Chapter 40 . 05, Subdivision C of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> specifies that the sideyard setback for structures within a B-3 <br /> zone district shall be 20' when the property is abutting <br /> residentially zoned property. The applicant is requesting that <br /> 0 the proposed structure be allowed to be placed at a 5' sideyard <br /> setback. <br /> I have attached copies of all application materials for your <br /> review.
