? • R <br /> • MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER' <br /> DATE: August 14, 1991 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE REQUEST, 2901 HIGHWAY 10, DAHL AND ASSOCIATES <br /> Mr. Roger Axel, representing Dahl and Associates, has made <br /> application for a variance to allow the placement of a 10 ' x 18 ' <br /> product recovery building on the property located at 2901 Highway <br /> 10. The applicant has indicated to staff that the structure will <br /> be temporary and, will be removed from the site upon completion <br /> of cleanup activities . <br /> Chapter 40 . 05, Subdivision C of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> specifies that the sideyard setback for structures within a B-3 <br /> zone district shall be 20' when the property is abutting <br /> residentially zoned property. The applicant is requesting that <br /> 0 the proposed structure be allowed to be placed at a 5' sideyard <br /> setback. <br /> I have attached copies of all application materials for your <br /> review. Additionally, I have included a copy of the zoning for <br /> the subject property and all affected parcels . <br /> If you have any questions regarding this request, please feel <br /> free to give me a call. <br />
