V. PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS. ADJOURNMENT. Meetings shall adjourn on or before 11:00 p.m. <br /> unless a two-thirds majority of the members present agree to extend <br /> the time of adjournment. <br /> VII. MINUTES.
