Variance <br /> Planner Harrington briefly discussed this request Request by <br /> indicating that the applicant was requesting a Dahl & <br /> variance to allow the construction of a product Associates, <br /> recovery building 5 feet from the property line 2901 Hwy. 10, <br /> where a 20 foot setback is required by Municipal Planning Case <br /> Code. He also indicated that this item had been No. 327-91 <br /> reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br /> August 21st Agenda Session. <br /> Mr. Axel stated that he had not received the <br /> correct documents, specifically a survey, from <br /> Dahl & Associates to make a determination as to111 <br /> whether this proposal even requires a variance. <br /> Chair Mountin asked Mr. Axel if he would prefer to <br /> have this item tabled until the needed documents <br /> were obtained. Mr. Axel expressed that he would <br /> prefer to have this request tabled by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Jones to table Resolution <br /> No. 320-91 until the next regular meeting. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays <br /> 7. Consideration <br /> It was noted that the applicant was not present. of Resolution <br /> No. 321-91, <br /> Planner Harrington distributed and reviewed PUD Amendment <br /> Resolution No. 321-91 and noted that this item had for Dynex, <br /> been discussed at the August 21, 1991 Planning 4751 Mustang <br /> Commission Agenda Session. Planner Harrington Circle, <br /> stated that Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang Circle, Planning Case <br /> has requested an amendment to a previously Case No. <br /> approved planned unit development in order to 302-90 <br /> allow the placement of a 30 foot by 50 foot canopy <br /> at the site. • <br /> Planner Harrington mentioned that storm water run- <br /> off had been a concern but that Short-Elliott- <br />
