Call To Order <br /> order by Chair Mountin at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> September 18, 1991 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Jones, Nelson, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Peterson, Stevenson, and Chair Mountin. <br /> Commissioners Burgers, Colleen, and Miller had <br /> excused absences . <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington and Planning <br /> Intern Asleson. <br /> Chair Mountin noted for the minutes that this 3. Consideration of <br /> special meeting was called to order due to the Resolution 322-91 <br /> fact that the case under consideration required Variance Request <br /> immediate attention. She also noted that the by Phillips 66, <br /> •Ipplicant was not present. 2525 Highway 10 <br /> Commissioner Peterson inquired as to whether the <br /> City or Phillips 66 would be responsible for <br /> landscaping costs incurred as a result of the new <br /> street angle at Long Lake Road and Highway 10. <br /> Planner Harrington indicated that Phillips would <br /> be financially responsible for such costs . <br /> Motion/Second: Jones/Stevenson to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 322-91 approving the variance request of Phillips <br /> 66, 2525 Highway 10, Planning Case No. 329-91. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> There being no further business before the Planning 4 .
