w <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER <br /> DATE: October 31, 1991 <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. , TOWN'S EDGE MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> Town's Edge Mobile Home Park has made application for a Conditional <br /> Use Permit in order to allow the construction of a 30 'x 50 ' <br /> utility/storage building on their site at 5001 Old Highway 8. <br /> Chapter 40 . 14 Subdivision D ( 1) of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> allows for the "Improvement, enlargement, extension or alteration <br /> of an existing mobile home park" with the issuance of a Conditional <br /> Use Permit. This request falls within the parameters of that <br /> definition. <br /> Review of the application indicates that the proposed structure <br /> 0 will meet all applicable zoning requirements as set forth in <br /> Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code. I have included copies of all. <br /> relevant application materials for your review. <br /> The applicant has requested that the proposal be processed as <br /> quickly as possible due to the relatively short amount of time left <br /> in the building season.
