'r <br /> • NAPP <br /> ROVE <br /> Mounds View Planning Commission November 6, 1991 <br /> Regular Meeting Page 3 <br /> Chair Mountin asked Mr. Rocheford what <br /> percentage of the R.V. storage area <br /> would be lost to the new building, if <br /> approved. Mr. Rocheford answered that <br /> only off-street parking would be lost; <br /> no on-street spaces would be affected. <br /> Chair Mountin stated that since the <br /> affected street is a private road, the <br /> Planning Commission cannot regulate it. <br /> Planner Harrington asked Mr. Rocheford <br /> if the building site is used for <br /> resident parking. Mr. Rocheford <br /> responded that the only time that <br /> residents park their cars there is <br /> during snowstorms when the streets are <br /> being plowed. <br /> Commissioner Miller asked where the park <br /> now stores its equipment. Mr. Rocheford <br /> Aft indicated that it is stored outside. <br /> 111, <br /> Chair Mountin conducted a poll among <br /> members to determine if there were any <br /> additional concerns of the Commission. <br /> Commissioner Stevenson indicated a <br /> desire to speak with the City <br /> Administrator about the issue, as well <br /> as addressing the issue of the building <br /> setbacks . Commissioner Nelson had <br /> concerns regarding the overlap of the <br /> building with the present storage area, <br /> and Commissioner Peterson indicated that <br /> he wanted to see a more exact building <br /> plan, specifically in respect to lot <br /> lines . <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to <br /> table consideration of Resolution 325-91 <br /> to the November 20, 1991 agenda session. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Commissioner Nelson asked Mr. Rocheford <br /> where residents will park their cars <br /> during snowstorms if a building is put <br /> 411up on the overflow parking lot.
