MEMORANDUM <br /> 411 <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER i • . <br /> DATE: December 30, 1991 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE REQUEST, 2400 COUNTY ROAD J, SYSCO <br /> • <br /> The Minnesota Department of Transportation(MnDOT) has informed City <br /> Staff that they do not need any permanent right-of-way on County <br /> Road J abutting the Sysco property. They will instead utilize a <br /> permanent easement for their right-of-way needs. <br /> However, the Planning Commission will need to adopt a resolution <br /> approving a 10 '-0" variance for the Sysco property to correct a <br /> setback discrepancy on the site which was created due to a City <br /> oversight at the time of the original plat and development.
