s <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER <br /> DATE: February 12, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. - OVERSIZED GARAGE <br /> GREG JOHNSON, 2865 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> Greg Johnson, 2865 Highway 10, has made application for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a garage which <br /> exceeds the maximum allowable square footage( 864 sq. ft. ) as <br /> specified in Chapter 40 . 10 Subdivision C ( 1) c, of the Mounds View <br /> municipal Code. <br /> Chapter 40 . 10 Subdivision D (6) allows for garages in excess of 864 <br /> square feet but not exceeding 1264 square feet. The proposal would <br /> allow the construction of a 32 ' x 39 ' ( 1,248 square feet) garage <br /> which would replace an existing 20 ' x 22 ' garage and 10' x 12 ' <br /> shed.
