MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNERt� <br /> DATE: February 12, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. - OVERSIZED GARAGE <br /> TOM EDWARDS, 8315 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE <br /> Tom Edwards, 8315 Pleasant View Drive, has made application for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a garage which <br /> exceeds the maximum allowable square footage(864 sq. ft. ) as <br /> specified in Chapter 40 . 10 Subdivision C ( 1) c, of the Mounds View <br /> municipal Code. <br /> Chapter 40 . 10 Subdivision D (6) allows for garages in excess of 864 <br /> square feet but not exceeding 1264 square feet. The applicants <br /> proposal would add 608 square feet to an existing 576 square foot <br /> garage for a total of 1, 184 square feet.
