MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION 111RESOLUTION NO. 332-92 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR GREGORY JOHNSON, <br /> 2865 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 337-92 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Gregory Johnson for additional accessory <br /> square footage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by <br /> conditional use permit up to 1,264 square feet of accessory <br /> building square footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square <br /> footage on the lot is 1,248 square feet which is below the <br /> maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> 411 <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> the requested conditional use permit for additional accessory <br /> building square footage by Gregory Johnson, 2865 Highway 10, <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> c) Should the use change foi what the permit was granted <br /> for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of March, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> 110 <br /> Planner <br />
