The applicants property is currently located within the <br /> Flood Plain Zone. <br /> Chapter 49 . 04 Subdivision 2 (a) allows for the construction of <br /> accessory structures within the Flood Plain Zone with the issuance <br /> of a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant will be submitting <br /> plans for the proposed structure which will be reviewed prior to <br /> • the Wednesday meeting.
