Planner Harrington Scholljegerdes, <br /> explained that an earlier staff concern 8298 Knollwood <br /> regarding the measurements of the survey Drive <br /> have been resolved and the applicant has <br /> now met all applicable subdivision <br /> requirements as specified by City Code. <br /> Bernie Edgeton, a realtor representing <br /> the applicant, was present to answer <br /> questions. <br /> Commissioner Stevenson asked if there <br /> were any housing plans for the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> • Mr. Edgeton said that there are no plans <br /> as of yet; the applicant is taking care <br /> of the subdivision first. <br /> Commissioner Nelson asked about the <br /> width of the lot; were other houses in <br /> that area of comparable width? <br /> Planner Harrington replied that while he <br /> did not know the width of the other <br /> properties, this proposed subdivision <br /> meets the minimum width requirement of <br /> 75 feet. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Colleen to <br /> approve Resolution No. 338-92, <br /> recommending approval of a minor <br /> subdivision at 8298 Knollwood Drive. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> There was no Staff Report. 8 .
