Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> Resolution No. 339-92 <br /> Page Three of Three <br /> WHEREAS, furthermore, the Planning Commission <br /> recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission explore the <br /> possibility of establishing a passive-type nature trail on the <br /> land provided by the Devloper; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the practice of the Planning Commission <br /> to recommend approval or denial of a development in total. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the development proposal known <br /> as Greenfield Estates as the request meets or exceeds all <br /> requirements for development as defined within the Mound View <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1992 . <br /> • ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planner <br />
