Our anchor tenants at the center are asking the City <br /> State Hwy.110&Dodd Road <br /> Mendota Heights,Minnesota of Mounds View for assistance in getting the best signage visibility <br /> possible in the marketplace. There is significant competitive pressure <br /> coming from shopping center properties located north on Highway 10 <br /> MOUNDSVIEW SQUARE in Blaine and the Northtown area. <br /> • Hwy.10&Long Lake Roadta <br /> in order to remain competitive and continue to attract customers to <br /> NORTHWAY SHOPPING CENTER Moundsview Square, we are looking for help from the City in the way <br /> State Hwy.23&Woodland of signage variances. <br /> Circle Pines.Minnesota <br /> Currently the City has limitations that would require our anchor tenants, <br /> SIBLEY PLAZA Budget Liquors, Coast to Coast and Minnesota Fabrics, to limit their <br /> West 7th Street signs' total area and sign height.
