Chapter 40. 05 Subdivision C (b) stipulates that <br /> the sideyard setback for a corner lot shall not be less than 30' . <br /> The applicant's property is located on the Southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Jackson and Pinewood Drives. <br /> Attached for your review are all materials received as a part of <br /> this application.
