MEMORANDUM <br /> • <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 0. <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER' <br /> DATE: October 16, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE REQUEST, AL MATHESON, JR. <br /> 2296 PINEWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 354-92 <br /> Al Matheson, 2296 Pinewood Drive, has made application for a <br /> variance to allow the construction of a 20'x 26' attached garage at <br /> a setback of 19' where a 30' setback is required by Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code. Chapter 40. 05 Subdivision C (b) stipulates that <br /> the sideyard setback for a corner lot shall not be less than 30' . <br /> The applicant's property is located on the Southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Jackson and Pinewood Drives. <br /> Attached for your review are all materials received as a part of <br /> this application. Additionally, I have included certain City maps <br /> which indicate property and street right-of-way lines. <br /> . <br /> If you have any questions regarding this item, please give me a <br /> call. <br /> • <br />
