MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> • RESOLUTION NO. 348-92 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> REQUEST OF DALE HALGREN, 8419 GROVELAND ROAD, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 352-92 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the proposed minor subdivision request by Dale Halgren <br /> for the property located at 8419 Groveland Road, legally known <br /> as: Lot 1, Block 1 Dalberg's Sunnyside Estates; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the attached <br /> Certificate of Survey dated September 23, 1992, showing two(2) <br /> parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet minimum lot <br /> standards as set forth in Chapters 40 and 42 of the Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision <br /> request by Dale Halgren, 8419 Groveland Road, contingent upon the <br /> • following: <br /> 1. The applicant pay the park dedication fee of $100. 00. <br /> 2. This resolution and Certificate of Survey be recorded <br /> with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final <br /> adoption. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of November, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planner <br /> 411 <br />
