m. <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> • <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER ,s <br /> DATE: October 30, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE REQUEST, AL MATHESON, JR. <br /> 2296 PINEWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 354-92 <br /> Al Matheson, Jr. , 2296 Pinewood Drive, has made application for a <br /> variance to allow for the construction of a garage at a nineteen <br /> foot (19' ) front yard setback where a thirty foot (30') setback is <br /> required by Municipal Code. <br /> This item was been reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br /> October 21, 1992 agenda meeting. At that time, the commission <br /> asked staff to shoot grade elevations on the property to determine <br /> the change in elevation from Jackson Drive to the proposed garage <br /> location and, the slope of the property to the South of the <br /> proposed garage site. Staff is in the process of mapping those <br /> spot elevations and will provide those findings along with an <br /> 0 appropriate resolution on Wednesday Evening. <br /> If you have other questions or would like additional information, <br /> please give me a call. <br />
