• MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER <br /> DATE: November 25, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: SIDE YARD SETBACK - PARKING SURFACE <br /> At their October 21, 1992 meeting, the Planning Commission - per <br /> City Council direction - reviewed the City setback requirements for <br /> improved, off-street parking areas. At that time, staff provided <br /> the Commission with the attached survey of surrounding communities' <br /> requirements. Following discussion, it was the determination of <br /> the Commission that the existing side yard setback (5 ' for improved <br /> parking surfaces) was appropriate and reasonable. <br /> I have drafted Resolution No. 354-92 for your review and <br /> consideration.
