MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 351-92 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR RANDY D. BENNETT, <br /> 8308 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 355-92 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Randy D. Bennett for an oversized <br /> accessory building(garage) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br /> conditional use permit, up to 1,264 square feet of accessory <br /> building square footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square <br /> footage on the lot is 1,008 square feet which is below the <br /> maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements . <br /> 411 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> the requested conditional use permit for an oversized accessory <br /> building by Randy D. Bennett, 8308 Knollwood Drive, contingent <br /> upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> c) Should the use change for what the permit was granted <br /> for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> d) That no additional accessory buildings shall be allowed <br /> on the property per Chapter 40 . 10 Subdivision D 6 (c) of <br /> the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />
