At that time, it was the <br /> consensus of the Commission that no reasonable alternatives for the <br /> location of the garage existed on the property. As per Planning <br /> Commission direction, staff has prepared Resolution No. 352-92 for <br /> your consideration. <br /> Because two Commission members were unable to attend the meeting at <br /> which this item was discussed, staff will be doing a follow-up <br /> review of the proposal on Wednesday Evening. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a <br /> call. <br /> 411 <br />
