t 2-- <br /> • MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> • <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER <br /> DATE: March 11, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. - OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> JAMES BENSON, 7100 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br /> James Benson, 7100 Knollwood Drive, has made application for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an accessory <br /> building which exceeds the maximum allowable square footage (216 <br /> sq. ft. ) as specified in Chapter 40.10 Subdivision C (2) c, of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> Chapter 40.10 Subdivision D (7) allows for accessory buildings in <br /> excess of 216 square feet but not exceeding 400 square feet with <br /> the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant's request, <br /> if granted, would allow the construction of a 22'x 26' (572 square <br /> feet) building. The request, as proposed, meets all other <br /> . applicable requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the Municipal <br /> Code including, but not limited to, height, area and setbacks. <br /> All materials submitted as part of the application have been <br /> included for your review. <br /> If you have any questions, please call. <br /> • <br />
