MEMORANDUM <br /> • TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER `` � <br /> DATE: April 15, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. - OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> ANN AND MICHAEL NELSON, 8371 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE <br /> Ann and Michael Nelson, 8371 Pleasant View Drive, have made <br /> application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction <br /> of an accessory building which exceeds the maximum allowable square <br /> footage (216 sq. ft. ) as specified in Chapter 40. 10 Subdivision C <br /> (2) c, of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> Chapter 40.10 Subdivision D (7) allows for accessory buildings in <br /> excess of 216 square feet but not exceeding 400 square feet with <br /> the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant's request, <br /> if granted, would allow the construction of a 16'x 24' (384 square <br /> feet) building. The request, as proposed, meets all other <br /> applicable requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the Municipal <br /> Code including, but not limited to, height, area and setbacks. <br /> 411 All materials submitted as part of the application have been <br /> included for your review. <br /> If you have any questions, please call. <br />
