MEMORANDUM <br /> w <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER \ <br /> DATE: April 28, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, ANN AND MICHAEL NELSON <br /> 8371 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 361-93 <br /> Ann and Michael Nelson, 8371 Pleasant View Drive, have made <br /> application for a conditional use permit to allow for an oversized <br /> accessory building. Chapter 40.10 Subdivision D (7) of the Mounds <br /> View Municipal Code allows for accessory buildings in excess of 216 <br /> square feet, but not exceeding 400 square feet, with the issuance <br /> of a conditional use permit. The applicants request is for a 384 <br /> square foot accessory building. <br /> This item has been reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br /> April 21, 1993 meeting and was found to be in conformance with all <br /> applicable sections of the Municipal Code. <br /> . I have included Planning Commission Resolution No. 359-93 for your <br /> review and consideration. Please note that the resolution does not <br /> allow the placement of any type of improved driving surface leading <br /> up to the building. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a <br /> call. <br />
