MEMORANDUM <br /> 111 <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER v� ' <br /> DATE: May 14, 1993 . <br /> SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 2390 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> GATEWAY FOODS, PLANNING CASE NO. 362-93 <br /> Gateway Foods has made application for the placement of a <br /> prefabricated car wash building at 2390 Highway 10. The Mounds <br /> View Municipal Code allows for the location of a car wash in a B-3 , <br /> Highway Business zoning district with the issuance of a conditional <br /> use permit. <br /> Specifically, Chapter 40. 18 Subdivision D (2) outlines the <br /> guidelines for review of a car wash facility. Staff will be <br /> contacting the applicant prior to the Wednesday meeting to ensure <br /> that all items necessary for the processing of this request are <br /> received by the City. Also, during the review of this request, the <br /> Planning Commission should consider the criteria listed in Chapter <br /> 41, 40.25 Subdivision C governing the issuance of a conditional use <br /> permit based on its impact to the general area and City as a whole. <br /> I have included all materials received as part of this application <br /> for your review. Any additional materialsreceived will be <br /> forwarded to the Commission on Wednesday evening. Specific items <br /> will be discussed in further detail at that time. <br />
