• MEMORANDUM
TO: PLANNING COMMISSION \
FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, CITY PLANNER
DATE: June 9, 1993
SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - CAR WASH
GATEWAY FOODS, PLANNING CASE NO. 362-93
As a result of the questions raised by the Commission at the
meeting of June 9, the applicant will be providing additional
drawings in support of their request.
Specifically, an accurate depiction of the location of certain
items on the lot was requested as well as a comprehensive grading
plan for the entire site and, an idea of how to minimize the impact
of the proposal on adjacent residential properties through the use
of natural vegetative plantings.
The applicant will also be attempting to locate the proposed
• structure at the setback required by the Municipal Code. If they
are unable to move the proposed structure substantially, a variance
may be requested.
I will be bringing a "boiler plate" resolution to the meeting at
the request of the applicant. Based on the findings of the
Commission, language can be added to the resolution either
approving or denying the request.
•
•
•
