III <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, CITY PLANNER r`\ <br /> DATE: July 1, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: REVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 3030 COUNTY ROAD J <br /> Within the past year, City Staff has documented violations of a <br /> Conditional Use Permit issued for an oversized accessory building <br /> at 3030 County Road J. Specifically, conditions imposed on the <br /> permit prohibiting the storage of automobiles other than licensed <br /> collector vehicles within the accessory building have been <br /> violated. Also, impervious surface required to be removed as part <br /> of the permit has not been removed. The owner of the property has <br /> been issued an Administrative Offense in the past for these <br /> violations, however, the conditions of the permit remain <br /> unaddressed. <br /> • As was decided at the May 19, 1993 Planning Commission meeting, <br /> staff will be drafting a resolution recommending revocation of the <br /> Conditional Use Permit for the consideration of the Commission. <br /> Following consultation with the City Attorney on its' wording, the <br /> resolution will be provided Wednesday evening. <br /> If you have any questions on this matter, do not hesitate to give <br /> me a call. <br /> • <br />
