• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2320 <br /> • CITY OF MOUNDS VIES' <br /> COUNTY OF RAMS EY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A <br /> TEMPORARY ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO BE PLACED IN AN R-1 <br /> DISTRICT AT 7901 RED OAK nr._VE, CHURCH UPON THE ROCK <br /> WHEREAS , the Church Upon the Rock, 7901 Red Oak Drive , has <br /> requested a conditional use permit to erect a temporary classroom <br /> • <br /> in an R-1 District; and <br /> WHEREAS , this structure will be treated as a temporary <br /> accessory structure with a six foot setback from the principle <br /> building except for a temporary passageway connecting the two - <br /> buildings; and <br /> WHEREAS, this temporary structure will be allowed on the <br /> property for a time period not to exceed five years from City <br /> " Council approval provided that the use as a classroom does not <br /> change; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View approves a conditional use permit to <br /> 40 for the erection of a temporary classroom not to exceed five <br /> years from City Council approval for Church Upon the Rock, 7901 <br /> Red Oak Drive, legally known as Spring Lake Park Hillview, Lots <br /> 113 and• 114, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1 . After the five-year time period , the temporary structure . <br /> is to be removed and a permanent structure put in its <br /> place requiring. the site and building to be brought up to <br /> . Code, pending approval by the City Council . <br /> 2.
