MEMORANDUM <br /> • <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER \ <br /> DATE: August 13 , 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 8368 SPRING LAKE ROAD <br /> DONALD PEDERSON, PLANNING CASE NO. 368-93 <br /> Donald Pederson, 8368 Spring Lake Road, has made application for a <br /> conditional use permit to allow an oversized accessory building on <br /> the aforementioned property. Chapter 40. 10 Subdivision D (6) of <br /> the Mounds View Municipal Code allows for the construction of <br /> accessory buildings exceeding 216 square feet but, not larger than <br /> 400 square feet, with the issuance of a conditional use permit. <br /> Mr. Pederson has made such application for a 400 square foot <br /> building. <br /> The request, as proposed, meets all other applicable requirements <br /> set forth in the Mounds View Municipal Code including, but not <br /> • limited to, height, area and setbacks. <br /> All materials received by Staff as part of this application are <br /> provided for your review.
