Consideration <br /> No. 373-93 , which establishes an 18 of Resolution <br /> month moratorium on the establishment of No. 373-93 , <br /> new car lots in the City. This Regarding Car <br /> resolution would not affect the Lots Within the <br /> existence or expansion of lots already City ' <br /> licensed for operation. <br /> 411 Chair Peterson asked if the attorney had <br /> been consulted on this matter - can the <br /> City legally establish this moratorium? <br />
